Mauro Libi Crestani...

I once real a story about an uneducated cowboy that came from a small rural farm town to New York City to make his fortune. He took a job as a salesperson. Having never sold anything, his boss and his family and friends all believed that he would fail. What they didn't figure in was his determination and his positive outlook. While the other salespeople hoped to make enough to just get by financially, the cowboy knew he would be rich. His co-workers saw the bad economy , they saw every reason why the sale was difficult and would not work. The cowboy knew that he had to sell to become rich and he was positive that he would become rich. He first kept his positive attitude based on reality. He used the bad economy and did research to show his customers why his product would help them save or make more money. He had charts of how much he needed to sell each week and what it would take to reach that goal. He researched what makes a customer refer another customer and he invested part of his earnings in building that loyal clientele. While his co-workers could not sell, he prospered. His positive attitude made his customers feel confident that he would be around to back up his product and they felt comfortable to order from him. A good positive attitude gives a person a certain energy needed to succeed, it makes customers feel more confident. You put that together with keeping your head and decision based on the reality of the situation, then you can achieve most anything.
